The weighted version assists in sinking or "swimming" a rigged bait into the strike zone and enhances casting distance. It has a lowered position on the shank, providing a "keel" effect that allows weedless-style baits to swim naturally rather than roll or flip. This version is perfect for using with Swimming Senkos, swimbaits, flukes, and other small plastic profiles. With the innovative "Centering-Pin Spring" (CPS - patent pending) attached to the hook eye, baits can be securely attached by inserting the pin in the center of the nose of a soft plastic and screwing it onto the TwistLOCK coil spring for consistent rigging. The "Open" gap allows for better hook sets. Features include a 30° eye-bend, an X-strong forged shank, Super Needle Point, and black Chrome finish.
