The new Sierra Ultra Finesse or BFS casting rods for 2021 were created at the request of anglers and due to the growing popularity of ultra-light bass fishing. These rods are designed to handle baits as light as 1/16th oz (1.5g) and use 2-8lb line to target bass, panfish, crappie, and trout. Available in 7′ and 7’4″ lengths, these one-piece models feature small diameter and lightweight construction. Key features include high modulus graphite blanks, Fuji Micro guides, Fuji reel seats, Kevlar wrapping, balanced and splined blanks, Portugal cork, and a solid carbon tip section.
